Disconnect & delete data

Revoke Google access

Open Google account permissions, select RWADAU Windows Publisher, and remove its access. This stops the app from using that authorization.

Ask us to remove app-held data

Email rwadaubynelam@gmail.com with the subject “RWADAU Publisher data deletion”. Identify the connected account or channel and whether you also want locally supplied publishing packages removed. Do not send passwords, authorization tokens or recovery codes.

After confirming the request belongs to the account’s authorized operator, we remove its app-held authorization tokens and authorized API data within seven calendar days, subject to any applicable legal retention obligation.

What deletion does

Deleting data from our application does not delete a social account, an original media file kept elsewhere, or a published post. Manage existing posts on the platform itself, or separately instruct an authorized RWADAU operator to remove them.
